As Fall approaches, we head into a season with exciting changes…. we are thrilled to announce our scheduled roll out dates!
As we move through the transition, please note the below items:
-
Friday, October 1st- upon login, all users will receive a message and brief video notification of the coming transition. The “video pop up” will be a generic 1 minute version of the attached.
-
Tuesday, October 5th – all users will log in and see the new interface.
We are confident that transitioning to the updated portal will be relatively seamless but, take this opportunity to update your employees and team members where applicable. Feed shares, email notifications, call scheduling, etc . . . will be unaffected.
We value your participation and feedback – we make improvements based on recommendations from all our users! We strive to provide the best in class service and technology so thank you for your continued feedback and support.
Please contact me or any member of the CI team with questions or to learn more about a specific service – Happy Tracking!

No business owner or manager would say the keys to their success is a “Win some/lose some” attitude. However; they would say that companies on the verge of going belly up do not give credence to the impact it’s employees have with their customers. Poor customer service is more devastating than a lousy first impression or a customer who has taken their business elsewhere, credibility is lost.

This last week I’ve had a larger number of people ask me if I can track their FED EX packages. I’ve been called, emailed and had people on our chat ask if we can tell them exactly where their packages are.
When I tell people that we are ACI Call Tracking and that we allow companies to track individual leads that their advertisements produce I get a variety of responses.
“So what your telling me is that you can’t?”
“This isn’t Fed Ex?”
“What if I sign up for your service will you do it then?”
“Can you tell me who can?”
“Um….. Who are you?”
We allow companies to differentiate when people call their businesses what advertisement that person saw that made them call the company. This allow companies to better allocate funds to ads that are producing their business. I don’t know how people can look at our site and think we can track mail bound packages but they do.
So again, allow us to help with your advertisement campaigns and allow the postal services to follow your packages.
Our government has given us Truth In Lending laws to help protect us as we borrow money, to make sure there is full disclosure and that we are informed about the total cost of the borrowed funds. The federal government borrows money on our behalf everyday, with little or no disclosure of any kind. The government should disclose in total and on a per capita basis any spending that requires borrowing. The government should disclose the terms of the borrowed money, including the total cost of the borrowed money on a per capita basis. These disclosures could be mailed or emailed to citizens on a quarterly basis. Citizens feel too detached from our government, and it’s spending. It’s just not real, it’s not personal. If we received a quarterly financial financial statement from our government as stockholders do from a public corporation, citizens would be better informed and take a personal interest or ownership. Short of doing this I fear the same trends will continue. Citizens need to feel ownership for our country and our government.
Regardless of the development’s size, it’s not likely that the property owner or the landlord resides in or near the complex. So how are these investors securing success and ensure a return on their investment? David Lindahl, a renowned property investor advises that successful ownership starts with a solid team. Your management staff should be motivated towards success and held accountable. Mr. Lindahl owns over 7,000 units around the US and has been investing in apartments and homes for more than 14 years. When the self proclaimed “Apartment King” reiterates the importance of a reliable team, landlords across the United States pay head to his advice.

Search engines and the world wide web have instilled confidence in browsers. Where there is a “What Is..” or “How To..” there is Google. It was not that long ago that photo developing required a photo developer, career counseling required a career counselor and advertising required firm representation. While no one reaches for the phone book anymore, specific needs, expensive needs, potentially risky needs, require specific expertise.
