We have had a goal from the beginning to have our call tracking services require no software for anyone to download and use.  We have now finally been able to make this accomplishment.  Simplisity has been a focus and our Chat feature has now been upgreated.  we have been able to make our past downloaded chat program into a web page.  Now all you need is a browser and you can log in and chat with all your customers who visit your web site.  We are still working on some bugs but we are very happy with this accomplishment.
